Ingobert is the owner of Metier and consultant international recruitment at European Professionals. He studied business economics at the University of Groningen, majoring in labour in the production process. Ingobert has a strong international interest. Ever since his studies he has spent a considerable amount of time abroad working and on trade missions. In recent years he has visited Ukraine, Moldavia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Romania, Estonia, Georgia and Azerbaijan several times. Ingoberts passion lies with international companies in technical and metallurgy industry. He has built up an extensive client base of SMEs without HR department. Many of these companies have subsidiaries or clients abroad. In addition to Dutch, Ingobert has good knowledge of the English and German languages and he has reasonable knowledge of Spanish and some of French.
Deborah works as recruitment and organisational development advisor. She has studied Human Resources and has done a lot of travelling since that time, mainly through Asia, Australia and North America. From 2007 until 2010 she lived and worked in Adelaide, Australia. After returning to the Netherlands she started specialising in recruitment and selection and has worked as a recruiter at Randstad B.V. Since January 2017 she employs her knowledge and international experience at Métier and European Professionals.
Marjan has a supportive role in the recruitment process by writing (recruitment) content and facilitating the consultants in the progression of the projects. After finishing her Human Resources study she worked at the HR department of a SME company for several years. The experience she has working as office manager at Metier, combined with her linguistic feeling (mainly communication in English) are very useful in this role.
